After graduating from junior college, she worked for a cosmetics manufacturer for 16 years, gaining experience in logistics, purchasing, production management, sales, and general affairs. She then joined joining AISing and took charge of the back office. She was appointed as a director of the company in August 2021.

In 1997, he joined Tokai Bank (now MUFG Bank). In 2002, he joined ORIX Capital, in 2009 he joined Yasuda Enterprise Development, and in 2012 he joined Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Capital (current position). Since 2002, he has been consistently involved in investing in and supporting numerous startup companies as a venture capitalist. After obtaining a doctorate in engineering from Waseda University, he spent 25 years at Roland Berger, where he served as the Japan representative and global co-representative. In 2020, he founded Kiduki Architect Inc., a company focused on creating vibrant experiences through manufacturing and culture, taking on the challenge of generating new value by combining different fields. He is also a member of the GI Project Working Group of the Industrial Structure Council of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry, a special professor at the Graduate School of System Design and Management at Keio University, an outside director of SOMIC TRANSFORMATION, and an outside director of Yuki Holdings.
